Our ‘Lifestyle’ group classes are structured upon simple yet effective exercises performed in particular sequences at the highest intensity to ensure the best result.  This class is tough, but effective and our instructors do expect you to give 100% … but it is nothing like the shouting, crying, mud and embarrassment you see on TV!
